Stillpoint Health Centre - Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions

In using the Stillpoint Health Centre (www.stillpointhealing.com) website or in making purchases at our physical location, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms as modified from time to time ('Terms'). Before using the Stillpoint Health Centre website it is your responsibility to read Stillpoint Health Centre's Privacy Policy and to inform Stillpoint Health Centre if you do not want us to collect information about you.

Purchases and Refunds

When you make purchases through our website or in person at Stillpoint Health Centre, the following Terms and Conditions will apply:

• All class passes, and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Prices are in Canadian funds.
• GST is applicable to all prices unless otherwise stated.
• All services purchased must be accompanied by a completed Waiver of Liability form, which is available on our web-site or from our customer service staff.
• Purchases must be made by a participant that is over 18 years of age. All participants under the age of 18 years must have consent, in written form, from a parent or guardian.

 

Workshop and Registered Class Cancellations and Refunds

If you are unable to attend a program and you need to cancel your reservation at the workshop or registered class, we can offer you a refund in the form of a service credit at Stillpoint Health Centre. In order to receive the refund, you must notify Stillpoint Health Centre at least 5 (five) days prior to the session start date. This service credit is non-transferable and accounts for only the sessions remaining at the time you requested cancellation. If Stillpoint Health Centre is notified after the session begins, no refund or service credit will be given. Cash Refunds will not be issued.

Discounts

Students (with valid ID) and Seniors (over 60 years) are eligible for a 10% discount on yoga passes. This discount cannot be combined with any other discounted price items.
