Weekday Evening (7:00-10:00)

Weekend Evening (6:00-10:00)

Full Weekday (9:30-6:00) *Please note that we might have lunch time yoga classes during this time*

Full Day Weekend (10:00-6:00)

*If you book two or more workshops at one time, you are only required to put down half of the regular price as a deposit. (For example, if you were to book two weekday evenings, you would only pay $85.00 as a deposit, instead of $170.00)
**If you book the space for one workshop, you are required to pay the full
deposit at time of booking.

Prices include free advertising at both Ascendant Books and StillPoint- your event will be added to our monthly calendar and distributed to potential clients and workshop attendees. You can have your posters, flyers, brochures, etc…put on display at Ascendant Books. Workshop information must be submitted before the 10th of the month. For example if you want your workshop in the july calendar of events we must receive your information before June 10. If your workshop request is late and is not included in the calendar of events the price to rent the space will be the same.

Your workshop information will be on our website and our calendar of events is sent out on our e-mail list.

This room can comfortably accommodate 50-65 people.

We also have an overhead projector that can be rented for $10.00.

In the event of cancellation, we require 2 weeks notice to receive a full refund on your deposit, and a $40.00 processing fee will be charged. If we receive less than two weeks notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
