Is Your Career Path a Life Sentence

Life is full of stages and transitions. Some are big and some are small. Most impact our lives in some way. Life transitions are the movements that shape us. Some of life's biggest transitions come with figuring out who we are and who we want to be. One of the biggest decisions we make is choosing what career we will pursue. Will one be chosen based on passion? What you're good at? Logic? Finances? And once a path is chosen, is that it? Is this your life forever?

We spend a large portion of our lives working- whether that's staying home to raise children, working in retail, doing construction, managing others- the possibilities are endless. Making that decision can be overwhelming. It can feel so final. But is it? Are you trapped in the career path that you chose as a young adult forever? It can feel that way, and that can feel scary. But life is not linear. We are free to explore and pursue many ways of living as we continue to grow and change.  

I feel passionate about helping people explore their life's meaning and fulfillment, whether that's exploring a career change or making a new life choice that feels overwhelming. I want to create a space where people feel supported as they navigate uncertainty, reconnect with what matters most to them, and build the confidence to move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. My hope is to help others recognize that change is not something to fear, but an opportunity for growth, self-discovery, and creating a life that aligns with who they are becoming.
