Schedule with Me My why... One night in 2020, I felt my lowest and my thoughts scared me. It was my defining moment where I decided I had to do something different, so I hired my first coach after 20 years of traditional talk therapy not being enough for my sensitive nervous system. This began my journey of mind-body healing from an integrative approach.
What I learned... Your emotional health is the foundation of your life! When you don’t know how to respond to your emotional triggers and blocks, you respond from self-protection and it negatively affects every area of your life- your relationships, your work, your self-image, your physical health, your energy levels, your capacity for both pleasure + pain!Â
What I offer...  Each neuro-somatic (brain + body) rewiring session integrates multiple healing modalities to help you connect to what your body is holding, break through your survival stress response of fight/flight/freeze/fawn, release stored stress/emotion from your body, and cultivate emotional resilience + inner stability.
