SO YOU CAN HEAL
About Individual Therapy and Coaching
When you are suffering, feeling alone, misunderstood, confused, or lost. We are here to help you.
How We Help
We listen to what is bringing you to this point in your life with concern and understanding. We help you discover the tools and strengths to engage and resolve the suffering you face. We provide information, direction and healing.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Once you schedule your initial intake appointment with your therapist or coach, you will be sent a link via email to login into your client portal and complete the intake paperwork. Please complete this paperwork before your intake appointment. The 45-60-minute intake will include time with your therapist or coach. This is an opportunity for you to get to know your therapist and for them to get to know you. You can expect that we will build an authentic relationship with you and personalize therapy so you can heal.
SO YOU CAN HEAL
Brainspotting
Brainspotting (BSP) is a tool Stillpoint uses to help you heal from traumatic experiences. We believe for healing to occur, the brain, mind and body must be integrated.
“Where you look affects how you feel.”

LET'S BEGIN A CONVERSATION
We invite you to contact us. We will work with you to identify which therapist or coach would be the best fit for you. We will assist you in scheduling an initial session.
To personalize services for you, you can expect that during your first session we will explore what is bringing you to us, why now it is important to you, and what you want to be possible for your life.

I am dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative environment in order to understand each person’s unique challenges.
One thing I know personally is if I get stuck in a boundary that is continuously overwhelming or repetitively suppressing it will become my normal and my mind, body, and experience of joy are dampened and depleted.
For me, once the tears start flowing, my silence is broken. After the silence is broken, I am able to process with curiosity whatever is attached to those tears.
We lose what we once were, in order to become what we will be.
There is no creativity without healing, and no healing without creativity.
